Plan B

We have to do this assignment in Journalism class on Blogger about a pill called Plan B. Plan B is used for the morning after you have sex and you think you may be pregnant or you did not use protection while having sexual intercourse. Well all of the following are my thoughts on the situation. Birth control is there when you want to have sex but do not want one of the main consequences. Plan B is when you have sex with no type of protection. I think it should be available to younger ages because a lot of young people are having sex now. If Plan B is available to them it could prevent them from ending up pregnant. Plan B was made to prevent pregnancies, so shouldn't it be available to all ages? Now, you have to go to your doctor to get a prescription to get the medicine. Most adults cannot handle the fact that their kids are having sex. When they want to go to the doctor to get a prescription your parents will have to get involved. If it is available over the counter younger girls can buy it and not be teenage parents or even have to get abortions. You have up to 3 days to take the pill after having sex. If you have to go to the doctor to get a prescription then go get a pill, that will take some time. Selling it over the counter can prevent a lot of things that parents of young teenagers do not want to hear.

Affairs !

Do you think people will trust someone who is a cheater? Most likely not. Did you ever hear that saying, "if you lie, you cheat and you steal." Most people wouldn't trust a liar and I do not think they would want someone who is a liar, cheater or a thief to be president. This is just one side to it all. What if the people saying that they had an affair with a certain person are lying about it? What if they do not like the person and want to do anything to bring them down? People who support the person being accused might say that the person coming out to say this is lying. Others might say their word is just as good as the person being accused. So, who do you believe? The person is saying they had an affair or the person who is being accused of having an affair them.
First, they have to get some type of evidence. If they can't get any evidence it makes it harder to tell if someone is lying or not. Next, it would be nice to get a lie detector test to see who is lying. Now, we have people out there who likes to alter things to help other people out. Luckily, they may not have one of those types so the lie detector test should work. If it comes out that the person was telling the truth then things go from there. If the test comes back saying the person was lying then they have a lot of explaining to do.

Patriots MURDER The Eagles

Sunday's game with the Philadelphia Eagles Vs. New England Patriots ended with 38-20. Tom Brady amassed 361 passing yards and threw three touchdown passes. Two touchdown passes were thrown to the wide receiver Wes Welker and one touchdown was thrown to the tight end Rob Gronkowski. The tailback BenJarvus Green-Ellis ran for two touchdowns. Their record was improved and now is 8-3. They are maintaining a two-game lead in the AFC East. The Eagles got a touchdown run by the tailback, LeSean McCoy. This gave them the lead in the game. They had an advantage with a score of 10-0. Vince Young made a touchdown pass to the wide receiver Jason Avant in the last minute. 

Eagles Coach Andy Reid said, "To sit up here after a game like that, I’m disappointed in a lot of things, starting with myself. I didn't have my team ready to go. That's why I start with me. You can ask me any type of disappointment question that you want and I'm probably there." Young threw for 400 yards.” Their record dropped to 4-7. Brady thought the game was balanced and that is how it needs to be. He says you have to keep the other team off balance. Brady also thinks you need quick hitters and you need all levels of the passing game. When they are able to take a few of the things away that you need  it makes it more difficult to execute things. The eagles had their good games but this was not their best.

Terroist in New York !

There was a terrorist in New York who was taken into custody. His name is Jose Pimentel. He was preparing bombs and supposedly testing them on mail boxes. He was going to be using the bomb on the post offices and patrol cars. Also, he was planning to bomb U.S soldiers who was returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. Pimentel said that his friends has inspired him. He used a book like "How To Make A Bomb In The Kitchen Of Your Mom". He put together his own pipe-bomb. They also have a picture of him with the equipment he would need to make the bomb. The police department had to move quickly because he was about to test a pipe bomb made out of match heads, nails and other things that he brought at a neighborhood hardware and discount stores. The FBI concluded that he did not have the mental capacity to do such a thing. Pimentel's lawyer said he was never really a threat. The are calling Pimentel the "lone-wolf." He was constantly being watch while he shopped for the materials to make the pipe bomb. He was also overheard taking about police patrol cars and postal facilities. He was also heard talking about killing soldiers returning home. Also, something about bombing a police station in Bayonne, New Jersey.
